Triumph is working on a new classic bike based on a parallel twin engine. It looks like a retro-styled café racer which will run against BMW R nineT.
Finally, Triumph seems to upgrade its classic motorcycle range. It’s been a while since Bonneville is on the market and there are new rivals to compete.
The pictures were shot somewhere in Spain, near Barcelona and first published by visordown.com and MCN. They also say that this new motorcycle will have a 1.100 cc parallel twin which should make around 90 horsepower (30 hp more than Bonneville). It could be named Street Tracker or Speed Twin. In the photos we can also see an Ohlins fork (also found on Speed Triple R) and serious brakes signed by Brembo.
The new café racer from Triumph could have two versions: standard and R.
