It’s fast, it has 212bhp an it is built to race. The new MV Agusta F4 Reparto Corse has finally been revealed. In comparison with the normal version, the F4 RC is built with top shelf components in order to boost power and to lower the weight.
The MV Agusta F4 RC wights 175 Kg and with the 212bhp it can only mean one thing: Pure Performance!
The bad news is that the F4 RC is going to be produced only in 250 units. The good news is that you can chose a number to put on the fairing. The engine is hand built, has radial valves and benefits from a large number of magnesium components. This way MV Agusta managed to reduce the weight with over 1Kg. Also the intake and the exhaust system has been modified.
As for electronics, the MV Agusta F4RC benefits from the MVCIS 2.0 system that allows fueling map settings, acceleration and engine breaking settings.
Shocks are provided by Ohlins and the front end is a USD Nix 30 fork that allows independent adjustments. The breaking system is provided by Brembo with the M50 calipers.
The MV Agusta F4 RC is 7 Kg lighter in comparison with the RR model. This factor is also influenced by the Termignoni titanium pipes. On the fairing we can see the AMG logo as seen in the previous leaked images.
Price is not yet available but we suspect is going to be in the order of tens of thousands. Stay tuned!
