Öhlins to recall TTX36 Shocks

Big problems for Öhlins as the company will recall the TTX36 rear chock absorber.The recall will include also the TTX GP, TTX RT and TTX MK II versions produced from November 2013 to February 2015.

The problem consists in the loosening of the main nut from piston shaft. This issue is causing damping loss and in some cases could end with shock damage and dismemberment.

Dealers will be notified by Öhlins in order to set the faulty shocks with the popper torque. Also as a prevention, Öhlins strongly advises not to ride the motorcycle before this adjustment.
