Triumph has revealed two additional Triumph Tiger 800 for their adventure touring class. The new Tigers will be named the XRT and XCA. Both bikes are to sit in the upper end of the range and will be more road touring orientated.
The new XRT and XCA will benefit from a larger 650W alternator. This feature will be used for heating both the pilot and pillion seat as well as a sat-nav and heated riding gear.
As the XCA will feature a 21 inch front wheel and will benefit from a longer travel WP suspension for more damaged roads, the XRT will have a 19 cast alloy wheel and will be more road focused.
In addition, both new Tigers will feature heated grips, fog lamps, a tire pressure monitoring system, a 12V socket and aluminum pannier rails and radiator protectors among others.
