A new Bagger from Moto Guzzi based on the 1400 California was photographed recently in Italy. It seems that the model in cause is the final finished product of the concept MGX-21 that was first shown last year at the Milan Motor Show. And speaking of Milan, the 1400 Bagger California might be presented at the Italian motor show in November.
The Moto Guzzi 1400 California Bagger is mainly aimed at the US market where it is expected to compete against the big Glides from Harley Davidson. Also the Italian Bagger falls in the same category with the Indian Chief and the Victory Magnum. Design wise, the 1400 California Bagger comes with an interesting design blending sharp modern lines with an authentic American approach. The front fairing comes in a Bat Wing shape as any respectable Bagger does. The twin exhaust pipe is the only touch that looks a bit awkward as it seems somehow broken from the middle.
All that is left now is the launch of the bike and of course the public impressions regarding the new Moto Guzzi 1400 Californa Bagger.
